Board Meeting Minutes- November 9th, 2021
Present: Melissa Mack, Kelly Meraw, Susan Calcio, Marissa Gandler, Molly Cote, Sherri Herman, Perri Gordan, Craig Peterson, Jill Adams, Leslie Richman
Acatober Debrief- every other seat and packed houses. Missing the students in the isles.
Minimal complaint regarding the seating.
Problems with ticketing are hopefully being resolved.
Acatober recording- Kelly to get from DMack and get on website
Troop Debrief- closed to general audience
The troop show was recorded. Can we get that recording?
Marissa raised the question of performers being tested and unmasked going forward
Presidents will raise this question with Mike LaCava at the General Board Meeting
Treasurer Report- Craig Peterson
Cash $42000 in checking / $6k in savings
Transferred $2800 in November - through Flipcause
Tshirt were biggest expense last month
Craig filed tax returns
Flipcause should reflect- $1900 for the Matilda bundle
$1293- pep band jackets
Invoice being forwarded to Craig for that
Discussion about pizza reimbursement
Cambridge Trust was sent an acknowledgement letter
One Acts- Susan Calcio
pizza is being paid for by Susan’s cc
Bundle went out onto flipcause
Matilda- Perri Gordon and Sherri Herman
Volunteer positions are filled
So wonderful to have the kids in person performing together!
Front House manager- Mimi Sivapala
CPK is all set with W9 - Marissa will call and make sure they have everything they need
Fundraisers
Monday-Wednesday- CPK 20%
Thursday-Saturday- The Local 10%
Cash Boxes will be filled by Craig (denominations are spelled out in the google doc which Serri will share with Craig)
Melissa Mack will take the cash boxes home each night
Molly Cote shared the form to settle it every night
Molly Cote suggests a backstage manager is a good idea
Looking forward to hearing from Mike Lacava regarding solving ticketing issues
February Cabaret- Leslie Richman
Leslie definitely needs the planning binder(s) to move forward (Wendy Paul and Carol?)
Molly will send her a quick reminder email
Molly encouraged the group that there were only two previously- so we can definitely be flexible on format
TCan- Center for the Arts in Natick
Upstairs (Jazz pianist playing) Cash Bar and Silent Auction (1h)
Downstairs: food stations, potentially ‘Baker’s Best’ were the caterers, 8-10 performances by WMS and HS.

People buy seats- two tiers of seating (general and cabaret)
